The Foster Family Care
Service provides placement and supervision of children in substitute family living.
This may occur for a planned
period of time. In this time with assistance, parents can make the necessary
arrangements to resume responsibilities for their child. When necessary this
service includes efforts toward permanency planning or to act as liaison with
those responsible for adoption services.
