Homemaker Service

The Homemaker Service provides help to the child and his/her family in the home by a trained, supervised homemaker. This service is typically needed when there are no other responsible persons available who are capable of performing such functions. Homemakers may perform light housekeeping and laundry services essential to the client's care and comfort, as well as the maintenance of a safe and functional environment. The homemaker can assist clients with personal care, and may also be responsible for food preparation, including planning of regular or special diets and food shopping.
