Goals: To provide supplemental nutritious foods to pregnant and nursing women, infants, and children (up to the age of 5 years) who are at nutritional risk.
Services: Speakers and information for community organizations and clinic services for participants. Clinic services include: health screening, nutritional screening, nutritional education, provide food vouchers for milk, cheese, eggs, cereal, juices, formula as the case may warrant. Medical problems are referred to appropriate medical agencies including family physician. Other problems are referred to the appropriate social service agency.
Eligibility: Must be income eligible - phone clinic to schedule an appointment.
